What you'll need to go rafting

What does the class of the river stand for?

Class I -Relaxing- Waves so small you may not even get wet.

Class II -Easy does it- Clear passages and moderate waves.

Class III -Adventurous- Lots of waterslide-like waves and eddies, rapids with clean passages. Good family adventure.

Class IV -Thrilling- Long rapids, powerful waves with big drops.

Class V -Awesome- Long exciting rapids, big technical drops & steep gradient.

Class VI -Dont try it- This is a novel alternative to jumping off the Golden Gate Bridge.
